My Approach
Through powerful coaching discussions, meditations, breathwork and energy practices an alchemical process takes place and opens your consciousness to new thoughts, change and possibilities. Working with me is a process that allows you to feel safe, open and vulnerable - this is the accessed heart space that enables you to begin to open the doors for the breakthroughs, personal growth, clarity and achievements to occur.

HOW I WORK WITH MY CLIENTS:
All of my sessions are on Zoom or phone call.
The first step is to schedule a 30 minute complimentary call or fill out an application.

If things seem to be a right fit after the consultation we can discuss what working together could look like.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSIONS:
- bring a journal or notebook
- have something to write with
- be present and begin to open to possibilities
- have tissue handy
- pour a glass of water
- light a candle (optional)
