5 Tips To Create A Transformation In Your Life

It's always important to sit back and reflect on what could be better in your life.


If you were to look back at the last 12 months, what are some shifts or bigger changes you would have liked to see?


This type of reflection is always important, otherwise we have a tendency to repeat habits and patterns. Both the good ones and the bad ones!

The way we experience the world around us is a direct reflection of the world within us.


So what happens once you've completed your reflection and you discover that some improvements could be made in your life, whether that be a lifestyle, perspective, mindset, or initiative shift? Is it time to create a plan for the possibility of some changes and transformation to occur?


Below are 5 tips on how to get started in creating a transformation in your life.


  1. Create a list - create a list of all of the things that you feel could have been approached differently in the past and would prefer to not have repeated.

  2. Create the best possible outcome - now, from your list, write down what could have been the best possible outcome (that you can think of) that could have come out of each situation. Were there possibilities of prevention? Write this down too.

  3. Breath and feel into it - begin with your first couple of prioritized changes, and as you're thinking about the possibility of how things could have gone, or could have been prevented, close your eyes and breath and feel the sensations that come through your body with each event. Visualize the better outcomes.

  4. Practice gratitude - say thanks for your experience, reflect on any lessons learned, and have gratitude for your new found approach.

  5. Take action - become proactive in practicing the new desired actions when the opportunity arises. This will take mindfulness, commitment and awareness!


Remember, everything is a practice and if you can approach all of your situations like this, then you can only continue to get better with it. This is Self Mastery.
